Licensed Real Estate Agent
Highly competent, committed and positive, Lisa is a strong performer with a proven track record in the business. She has shown a natural affinity with real estate since entering the industry over five years ago. As a licensed agent and with a background in conveyancing, she brings enthusiasm and a motivated attitude to our office and real estate in the Sutherland Shire.
An open and conscientious ethos
Lisa believes that hard work, honesty and integrity form a strong basis for achievement. With great commitment, Lisa takes pride in everything she does and delivers consistent and reliable follow-up and attention to detail. A focused market expert and a natural communicator, Lisa has a fabulously positive attitude towards work and life.
It’s no surprise that she’s made many friends both around the office and with her clients. She especially loves the team spirit in the office and how everyone keeps each other motivated.
Strong market expertise
Lisa grew up in the area and worked as a legal secretary in the Shire for over 25 years, specialising in conveyancing. This gave her an excellent understanding of both the industry and the local market when she re-trained as a real estate agent.
Today, she has built a strong track record, with her best sale being a 2019 penthouse at Cronulla that she sold for $2.2million. But things weren’t always so plain-sailing – Lisa’s worst moment in her career was turning up to the first open inspection of a property to find over 30 people waiting, only to realise she’d forgotten the keys!
Getting involved in the Shire community
After moving to Cronulla as a youngster and attending Mortdale Public School, Lisa played netball for the Miranda Magpies and has great childhood memories of spending endless days at the beach.
A wonderful place for families, Lisa chose to bring up her two grown-up children in Yarrawarrah in the Shire. While they were growing up, the family was involved with Yarrawarrah Football Club, Engadine Dance Academy, St John Bosco Summer Soccer and Engadine Eagles Netball Club.
Lisa loves making the most of the amenities in the Shire, with a particular mention to spending time in Cronulla, sampling the many local restaurants, especially Giro Osteria. When at home, Lisa’s likely to be found rearranging the furniture or cooking up a delicious feast.
Lisa’s top insider tip is Yarrawarrah – a beautiful leafy suburb that even some of those living in the Shire don’t know about.
