Matthew will always go the extra mile to ensure the process is as smooth and easy as possible for everyone involved. He believes that strong communication and absolute transparency with his clients are essential throughout the entire sales process.

A friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic individual, Matthew is a real asset to the Ray White team.

An impressive blend of straightforward property advice, comprehensive service and attention to the smallest detail ensures he delivers outstanding results for his clients each and every time.

Standout sales

As a lifelong resident of the Burraneer peninsular, Matthew has in-depth local knowledge combined with a real passion for the people and property of the Shire. He particularly loves selling properties for elderly clients, who have lived in their properties for 50-plus years, and listening to their fascinating stories of growing up in the Shire.

Matthew is also an adept marketer, and has been fortunate to represent the homes of some very high-profile business people and sports stars, with a record sale price of $8,375,000.

Taking it easy with the family

Matthew’s family have been living throughout the Sutherland Shire for three generations now. He grew up in Burraneer and attended Burraneer Bay Public School, where he loved spending time outdoors with his friends and playing all kinds of sports. As a boy he played soccer for Cronulla Seagulls under 10s, then made the switch to rugby union with the Burraneer Dolphins. He also loved fishing and skiing with his mates on the Port Hacking River.

Matthew now plans to raise a family in the area, now a resident in Caringbah South. He still enjoys spending time with his friends and family, and loves nothing more than sharing a seafood platter at Sealevel restaurant in Cronulla with family.

Insider knowledge: Although this probably isn’t a secret for most locals, Matthew’s favourite location is the Lilli Pilli Baths, which is a fantastic place for a swim and some R&R in the sun.
