A wealth of local knowledge
A life-long resident of the Sutherland Shire, graduating local schools and playing for local sporting teams, Andrew has grown up with a strong understanding of the key elements that create Sutherland Shire living. He was delighted with one of his best sales to date of 42 Dilkara Circuit, Bangor, where he was able to secure a cool $1,710,000 for his client.
Growing up in Menai, as a boy Andrew played for junior rugby league football clubs Menai Roosters and Aquinas Colts. Still with a keen interest in sports and the outdoors, Andrew stays fit by working out at Gold’s Gym Miranda or visiting his favourite hidden spot in the area, Needles swimming hole at Barden Ridge. A perfect summer Sunday would see him enjoying a good breakfast at Next Door in Cronulla, before working off his meal with a walk and a day spent at Bay Lane on the beach.
